13. THIRD-PARTY COSTS, EXTERNAL EXPENSES & OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS

Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice, all external costs shall be borne by the client.

  • Templates, themes, plugins

  • Software subscriptions

  • Hosting, domains

B. Marketing & Advertising Costs

  • Ad spend (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Platform and transaction fees

C. Content Production Costs

  • Studio rentals

  • Props, sets, equipment

  • Talent, models, influencers

  • Travel and logistics

D. Social Media Costs

  • Verification fees

  • Paid features and tools

E. Statutory Costs

  • Taxes including GST

  • Payment gateway or banking charges

13.1 PRIOR APPROVAL

Where applicable:

  • Additional costs will be communicated in advance

  • Execution proceeds only after approval


13.2 NO IMPLIED INCLUSIONS

Any cost not explicitly mentioned in writing shall be considered excluded.


13.3 NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY COSTS
